Amy has made James' time in the Toddler Room very enjoyable. He has finally stopped crying in the mornings and actively looks forward to coming to nursery. James has come on leaps and bounds with his phonics and letters, spelling, rhyming words etc. Amy is always positive and enthusiastic when she sees James and I feel she has given him extra confidence. Amy is always ready to explain/answer questions that I have and always makes time to deal with my queries. James has progressed enormously whilst in Toddlers with Amy as his key worker and he will miss her when he moves to pre-school.
